Use our Metro Bank Authenticator app to confirm it’s you and approve certain actions such as login,
payments or changes, straight from your phone — no more digging in the drawer for your security
device.

Step 1 of 2:

Select ‘App Store’ or ‘Google play’ below.
A QR code will pop up — scan it with your phone, and you’ll be able to download the app.

Alternatively, search ‘Metro Bank Authenticator app’ in the App Store on iPhone or in
Google play on Android.

Link and register your Authenticator app


Now you’ve downloaded the app, you need to link it to your profile by scanning a QR code
then complete the in-app registration.

After you have scanned the QR code, press ‘Restart login’. Your QR code will expire after 15 minutes. If you run out of time, press ‘Restart login’ and log back in to Commercial Online Banking to try registering again with a new QR code and Ticket ID.
